Use 24-hour time format

Just a tiny little detail - for some users the 24 hour time format is much more intuitive. Would be great if you could add a little switch in the settings.

Actually it's a windows regional settings, not TAT. In my TAT I have 24 hours format for Schedule. I attach my Date and Time settings.
